This unique collection of 30 poems offers practical insights Tom has gained from his 30+ years working as as a professional Keynote Speaker, Corporate Trainer, and Executive Consultant. Tom has combined this expertise with his many other talent areas, to focus on his personal Mission: Turning on lights so people can shine. His exceptional teaching, communication, theatrical and musical skills have enabled him to successfully inform and enlighten tens of thousands of people of all ages, including business professionals from all industries, theatrical actors and fans, church groups, Boy Scouts and other community groups. Through his poetry, he hopes to inspire and uplift an even wider audience.

The second-half of this book contains Tom's literary critique and a personal comment for each poem. He wrote these poems over a 35-year period, as he walked his unique life path, reached many new heights, and gained new perspectives about what can help us learn, love and live more joyfully as we each climb our own proverbial mountains.
